First Bank SBA

The Client

For over 80 years, First Bank SBA has helped their customers gain financial independence and prosper. Their reputation for personal service and dedicated staff make them one of the best community banks nationwide.

The Challenge

When First Bank was ready to expand their presence in the SBA lending market, they called on us to create a new brand. This new brand needed to be approachable, streamlined, and focus on the core values of service, simplicity and expertise. First Bank SBA also needed to be able to capture new leads and a marketing strategy that would help them enter new markets and find new customers.

The Results

After creating a new logo, tagline and key sales materials, we worked directly with the First Bank SBA marketing team to build a robust digital presence. From the customer-focused website and educational knowledge center, to video and social content strategy, First Bank SBA and Tayloe/Gray have built a trusted partnership to engage with small business customers nationwide

Branding

The First Bank SBA brand was built from the ground up. Drawing from an insightful competitive audit, our team delivered a distinct brand voice and personality. The brand had to fit into the greater First Bank corporate brand, but also needed stand on its own. The resulting brand is the perfect marriage of professional and approachable, brought to life through compelling lifestyle imagery, simple icons and bold, and a classic color palette.

Design

Once the brand was created, it was time to build the toolkit that would drive awareness. From brand identity and collateral, to trade show booths and direct mail, T/G worked with the First Bank SBA team to bring their sales vision to life via consistent, cohesive design.

Technology

T/G and First Bank SBA worked together to create a site that would not only engage potential small business clients, but also serve as a resource for the sales staff. Custom site features included a Knowledge Center covering a wide range of SBA lending and industry-focused content, as well as a loan qualifier form with insightful logic and user flow.
