Who are the Best Employers in North Carolina?

It’s that time of year again! Business NC released the 2024 list of the Best Employers in North Carolina. Guess who made the cut (again)? That’s right! Tayloe Gray is one of the best employers in NC for the fourth year in a row!

This is already a big year at Tayloe/Gray: We turned 15 on May 5th. We’re planning a big birthday party for this fall. Our staff is more experienced than ever (that’s not just a euphemism for older, either). 

And now, for the fourth year in a row, Tayloe/Gray earned the honor of being named one of North Carolina’s Best Employers by Business North Carolina. Last year, we were ranked 13th in the Small Employer category. This year, we climbed to number 5!
