Tayloe/Gray is looking for a digital project manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including website launches, online tools, web applications and digital campaigns.
For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of web hosting and publishing platforms. As the primary support role for our clients and account services team, you will be expected to field and troubleshoot various technical issues. This position requires excellent communication skills as you will be a primary point of contact for our clients.
Primary Job Roles
Role 1 – Assist with day to day communication with clients, helping verify, troubleshoot and resolve issues without needing to involve developers.
Role 2 – Creating statements of work, site maps, user journeys and technical specifications for new projects.
Role 3 – Track down and vet incoming assets for the development team. Identify issues with missing content and work to resolve them whenever possible.
Role 4 – Create and manage tasks in the production pipeline.
Role 5 – Monitor and communicate production status accurately to clients and the account services team.
Tayloe/Gray is looking for a graphic designer to join our team. The designer will be responsible for designing websites, print material, digital ad campaigns and a variety of design projects. The ideal candidate is a creative person with enthusiastic, flexible, and has a ‘can-do’ attitude. Candidates must be self-motivated and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
Tayloe/Gray is looking for an awesome full-stack developer to join our team. The developer will be responsible for creating web sites and applications from designs that provide a variety of business solutions for a variety of client types. The ideal candidate is a creative developer who is enthusiastic, flexible, and has a ‘can-do’ attitude. Candidates must be self-motivated and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
Candidates do not need to know everything, but must be resourceful and possess strong troubleshooting skills. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal). Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an agency environment working in harmony with members of account, creative, and development teams. Exceptions will be made for exceptional candidates.
