Bellibox is a reputable supplier of adult incontinence products. As a company they place focus on being trusted, reliable, discrete, and supportive. Their vision is to empower our customers, to improve the quality of their life and the lives of those they care for.

The Challenge

Cape MedEx required a new brand, marketing, and eCommerce site that communicated their values clearly and consistently through a user experience designed for ease of use and peace of mind. They also wanted to make the purchase process as simple, and worry free as possible for their customers.

The Results

First priority was a name, logo & style guide that reflected the company core values. Once conceived, we brought those guidelines and mission to life in a website with custom icons, tailored images, positive messaging, and user-focused functionality; all designed to provide an easy, and affirming user experience.

Second we constructed a modern eCommerce website built on the Miva Software Platform. We integrated their entire product line to sell direct to consumers and to care facilities nationwide. We created a fun brand to showcase products and create a place customers can purchase this products with confidence. Once the website was built and tested we started a marketing campaign using Google, Facebook and Instagram.

In place of the functional but lackluster name Capemedex, we crafted a brand that portrayed less of the dour, medical nature of the company and its mission. Instead, we focused on the beneficial aspects of what these products mean to adults suffering from incontinence. Few adults wish to be customers of bellibox. Rather than make the experience a solemn one, we emphasized the freedom offered by these goods, the peace of mind offered by the company, the high-quality products, and the discreet, reliable service they offer. All these qualities informed the logo, as well as every paragraph, promotion, and image.

Joyful and organized, bellibox’s new web presence is a complete eCommerce rebuild including new design and functionality to bring modern shoppers a more streamlined user experience. The fully-responsive MIVA eCommerce site features a growing line of incontinence care products — allowing online shoppers to quickly find the products they need to have delivered on time and discreetly. Our team also implemented smart features, like Yotpo for automated review collection and a subscription service for new and existing bellibox customers.
