The Client
Intracoastal Angler is an iconic, local, family-owned business that, over the past 15 years, has built a brand with growing distinction as providers of high-quality fishing gear, charters, and expertise in the waters around North Carolina.
The Challenge
As their reputation grew around the region, the increased demand for their products exceeded the reach of their retail location. They needed a responsive, eCommerce site geared towards Intracoastal Angler's branded merchandise that would provide an easily managed, additional source of revenue. Tayloe/Gray's mission involved photographing their catalog of branded products, and creating a new web store that integrated payment, inventory and shipping processes.
The Results
The new Intracoastal Angler Web Store using Shopify's eCommerce platform (with zero marketing dollars spent, no major campaigns to raise awareness, and only a single facebook post about its launch) made over $8,400 in sales its first month.
