When Northeast Bank was ready to expand their presence in the SBA lending market, they sought a marketing partner with experience and knowledge of the space. With a strong history of helping banking clients market their SBA lending capabilities, Tayloe/Gray was an ideal fit to help accelerate Northeast Bank’s SBA loan growth.
The Challenge
The overall goal for the T/G and Northeast Bank teams was to expand awareness of Northeast Bank as a key player in the SBA lending marketplace. With a focus on the hospitality vertical, we formulated a strategy to leverage Northeast Bank’s deep knowledge and experience in lending for hotels nationwide, helping to drive traffic and leads for the sales team, while also supporting the customer experience. The Tayloe/Gray team helped to build strategies for marketing automation using the Pardot platform, along with enhanced web presence to build a new, fresh brand look and feel to support the refreshed messaging.
The Results
Our team worked with the client team to build a master strategy in a phased approach, looking at short term and long term growth opportunities, as well as generate awareness amongst targeted hotel audiences. We helped elevate Northeast Bank's brand, using a more creative approach to their print materials. We applied this creative approach to all sectors of SBA lending division - from trade show booth and collateral to an individual SBA lending website.
