The Challenge

SBA Complete knew it was time for a brand refresh, so they asked Tayloe/Gray for help. We dug in and created a plan to help boost brand awareness and name recognition, while maintaining their reputation for simple, approachable lending excellence. We produced a brand update, new website, and an ongoing series of campaigns - all designed to position SBA Complete as a nationwide leader in SBA lending services.

The Results

SBA Complete was a key player in SBA lending services when entering the market, and has grown into the nation's top SBA Lender Service Provider. With close to 100% lift in website traffic upon launch of the new site and branding, we are proud to have helped SBA Complete expand their ability to connect with and serve financial institutions across the country.

SBA Complete had an established logo and look and feel, so T/G was tasked with creating a fresh, new look while maintaining the established brand equity. From key brand messaging and a style guide, to a new bank of photography and custom icons, the refreshed elements served as a simplified, cohesive extension of the SBA Complete brand personality.

Design

Our design team collaborated to deliver high-level elements such as iconography and infographics, which were included in custom animated videos, brand-focused collateral and flyers.

Technology

Incorporating their new look and feel, our development team delivered a simplified, thoughtful and informative website to help engage banking clients and help them learn how SBA Complete could help them support small businesses in their community.

Our marketing team collaborated with SBA Complete on engaging marketing campaigns to build awareness of their services, educate and help them interact with expert SBA staff. These ongoing campagns include email, pay-per-click, retargeting, video and custom landing pages.
