He works closely with designers, strategists, and clients to build websites and systems that are reliable, intuitive, and thoughtfully constructed. His focus is on clarity, collaboration, and ensuring the work holds together, both on the surface and underneath.

A Wilmington native and father of two, Stephen tends to think in drafts, whether he’s refining code, sketching ideas in a notebook, or working through a problem until it clicks.
