They help define a key segment of your audience so that you can deliver a message that will be the most relevant and useful to them. Because each business usually has more than just a single persona, we use multiple messages based around your brand that talk to each of the different target audiences. Essentially, the more in-depth we develop your company’s personas, the better we can target that message.

For instance, if your company is focused on B2B or has a sales component, it helps to look at the entire corporate structure.  By looking at everyone your message is going to touch, we can figure out how to develop messaging that speaks to each person along the chain.  That’s when knowing your personas is really useful.
