Bald Head Island was hosting an event called "Roast & Toast on the Coast" to help launch it's latest Southern Living inspired community at Cape Fear Station. They called on TG to create a campaign with generating excitement and ultimately selling tickets to the event. As an added component, a video to capture the event and the inspired home for use in real estate sales efforts.
